As a farm controlled co-operative, the members are small holders who are passionate about farming livestock in harmony with the landscape promoting. Livestock, when managed at appropriate levels, are recognised as a vital part of the jigsaw that is landscape management. In conjunction with permanent meadows, grazing and traditional haymaking promotes ecological diversity. Our co-op is focused on sustainable conservation driven farming that supports and maintains the countryside that all can enjoy

Our members are focused on rearing traditional breeds native to the British Isles, which are known to produce meats with full flavour and excellent texture if prepared by adopting traditional butchery
We complement tradition butchery with innovation, promoting a range of cuts, dry aged meats and charcuterie that aligns with today’s modern life style
We also supply complementary products information, recipes and complementary artisanal products from neighbouring Surrey producers.
