Our members are focused on rearing traditional breeds native to the British Isles, which are known to produce meats with full flavour and excellent texture if prepared by adopting traditional butchery
We complement tradition butchery with innovation, promoting a range of cuts, dry aged meats and charcuterie that aligns with today’s modern life style
We also supply complementary products information, recipes and complementary artisanal products from neighbouring Surrey producers.
